ABOUT BOWER
It all started one morning in the surf with us wondering why there wasn’t a healthier way to enjoy a few cold ones with friends. Something that tasted great, was made with real ingredients, and left us feeling ready to surf the next morning. Good times with no regrets. When we couldn’t find it, we decided to pony up and brew it ourselves.
We were brought up with our families bringing people together around the table with great food and wine, so we decided to use our love of cooking as inspiration for our beverage recipes. We love what we’ve created, so we named it after our favourite place on planet earth nestled in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Bower.
ALCOHOL REIMAGINED
Call us health conscious but we like to know what's in our drinks as much as our food! We knew we wanted to create an alcohol we felt better about drinking, and we knew we wanted it to taste delicious.
So we set out to source the finest teas, fruits and herbs in Australia. We brewed our first few batches of Watermelon & Mint and invited a few friends over. From the smile on their faces we knew we were onto something — and so Bower was born.
